Can they use your name in their paid search ads? Do you own the imagery you paid for in your marketing campaign?  It pays to protect these marks to the full extent of the law and of current practices.  This session will provide practical marketing, licensing and legal advice on best practices for protecting the short- and long-term value of one of your most valuable assets.
